Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description

O’Donnell Learn is seeking a creative and analytical marketer with demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital marketing and communications campaigns. This includes coordinating and executing all communication strategies for the company including corporate, product, PR, and demand generation. Additionally, you will work with other members of the marketing and sales team to manage distribution of content on our social channels.

 

This role will work closely with members of our marketing, sales, and product strategy teams to align campaigns with growth, product, and strategic initiatives. In addition to managing and executing key campaigns this person will work with our strategy lead and content production resources to ideate and produce original content and research that aligns with O’Donnell Learn’s objectives-- including research reports, webinars/live events, and associated multimedia. Ideally, this person has a passion for education and social impact business.

Expected Commitment: 20 Hours/week

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to craft and manage quarterly communications and marketing strategies.

  • Manage execution of key campaigns across all marketing channels.

    • This includes planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

  • Manage and analyze top of funnel growth to optimize outbound marketing and funnel.

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on the production of content to support campaigns.

  • Manage and innovate messaging based on analysis derived from the results of coordinated tests and campaigns.

  • Responsible for establishing and executing on the social media calendar.

    • This includes building brand equity with social media/maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a PR schedule/strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Work cross functionally with O’Donnell Learn Team to ensure marketing campaigns are aligning with business objectives.

  • Manage/ coordinate marketing and creative staff and freelance consultants/third parties

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Experience/Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, PR, communications.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Demonstrated success managing and running email marketing outreach and other marketing campaigns.

  • Successful track record of delivering against deadlines.

  • Experience working in B2B businesses with complex decision makers.

  • Passion for education and the desire to make an impact, socially, through their work.
