Faculty Requests Consultation
Faculty is sent an email confirming the appointment and asked to complete a brief questionnaire that is intended to help the Learning Designer prepare prior to the appointment.
Faculty Identifies Needs
An action plan is drafted by the Learning Designer and sent to the faculty as a follow-up after the call. This action plan will include further asynchronous tools training based upon implementation needs of the plan.
Learning Designer checks back at an agreed upon time with faculty asynchronously to check on implementation and answer further questions.

In a Zoom conversation, designer provides ideas and advice about adjustments to course and helps faculty feel comfortable and confident in the virtual learning environment.
