Presented with University of North Carolina Systems

Mental Health has been an existing concern for faculty, staff and students at our institutions. The concern was exacerbated by the Pandemic. The University of North Carolina System was looking for solutions prior to the Pandemic and was in a position to advocate for resources when the Governor’s Emergency Relief II funds became available. What is the best way to utilize the $5M received to address these concerns across the UNC System and Higher Education in NC?

On Wednesday, September 22 at 12noon ET, hear from key stakeholders in their learning community about how they worked to create Mental Health Initiatives that would benefit faculty, staff, and students across the 17 campuses in the UNC System, while also creating a state-wide initiative to address these concerns at the other 99 community colleges and private institutions located in North Carolina.
